Full text	Sister of Miss Rees (3^x /q3g Dies in Detroit Mrs. Muzetta Rees Andrew, 65v of Detroit, formerly of Elmore, died in her home on Friday, Octo¬ ber I, 1938, after a brief illness following a heart attack on Sat¬ urday, September 17, having been confined to her bed during: the two weeks of her illness. Death came came unexpectedly and peacefully as she slept. She leaves her husband, Arthur H. C. Andrew of Detroit, and one sis¬ ter, Miss Gertrude Rees, of El-.] more, together with a host of i loyal and loving friends to mourn! her loss. The funeral service in Detroit was conducted by Rev. plummer of the Woodward Avenue Presby¬ terian church of which she was a member, Monday afternoon, after which the body was brought to Union, cemetery for interment. Rev. Dibert of Trinity Methodist church here conducted a brief burial service which was attended by a large number of Elmore friends. Mrs. Andrew was born and raised in Elmore and most of her life was spent in this com- itnunity. At the close of the service in Detroit Rev. Plummer dedicated ithe following poem to the mem- «ory of Mrs. Andrew: "He came and took me by the hand Up to a red rose tree. He kept his meaning to'himself But gave a rose to me.~ I did not pray Him to lay bare The mystery to me; Enough, the rose was Heaven to smell And His own face to see." I (Contributed)
